1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reform Ave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reform Ave.

2. Description of Service

Reform Ave is a self-improvement platform designed for divorced parents re-entering the dating world. We provide personalized daily micro-steps, progress tracking, and coaching content delivered via our website and email. Features and content may change over time as we continue to improve the platform.

Reform Ave is for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a licensed therapy, medical, or legal service. If you are experiencing emotional distress, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@reformave.com. Reform Ave is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Billing and Subscription

Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Subscription Fee: After the trial, you will be billed $19.99/month automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@reformave.com within 7 days of the charge.
Payment Processing: All billing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Reform Ave staff.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
Create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Reform Ave — including text, graphics, course materials, and software — is the property of Reform Ave and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reform Ave does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The content provided is for informational and self-improvement purposes only and does not constitute professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reform Ave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
